I have been hit with the Happy Cloud virus on the system – how do I deal with it? (I’m writing on my uninfected laptop). I have received the spyware! As I am not the computer savvy I have been unable to elimiante it using some of the ‘solutions’ online. I already have NOD32, though I don’t know why it didn’t block the virus. Can you help?
